AMENITIES
We wish for our guests to enjoy their stay. This includes not having to pack amenities that we can provide.
In addition, the apartment is cleaned every Monday and Thursday. Clean towels are provided and the beds remade with clean linens.
Each Bed Room:
Is air conditioned, has a queen size bed, more than adequate bedding (is double top sheeted in summer and double blanketed in winter), has an alarm clock radio, something to sit on and a large mirror to help you get dressed in the morning.
The Living Room:
Has a Grannies Attic style queen sleeper sofa. In the armoire is a 32” HD TV and progressive scan DVD player. There is a drop front desk if you wish to write a letter.
The Kitchen:
The kitchen has a table and six chairs. Appliances include an electric range and oven,
refrigerator, toaster, toaster oven, dishwasher (soap is provided) and microwave. The
kitchen is set up with eight of the following; plates, cereal bowl, cups and saucers, water
glasses, hi-ball glasses, silver wear and cloth napkins.
The kitchen also houses the washer and dryer. Laundry soap is provided. Paper towels,
place mats, dish towels, a floor duster and broom, and cleaning supplies are also provided.
Maps are on the kitchen table.
There is a small outside deck
with a bistro set that seats two.
Future Plans:
By August of 2007, we plan to have outside furniture and by May of 2008 a gas grill. If you
wish to use a grill you may borrow one from the owners.
